TIES - Who coordinates the TIES project?

The TIES project is coordinated by the Institute of Migration and Ethnic Studies (IMES) at the Universiteit van Amsterdam (see ”Contact”). The Dutch Interdisciplinary Demographic Institute (NIDI) coordinates the international survey in all participating countries. The French Institut National d'Etudes Demographiques (INED) coordinates the TIES Research and Training Network (TIES-RTN).

On the local and national levels the coordination of the data collection and its analysis are the task of the national partners, each one of the most renowned migration research institutes in their country (see ”Partners”).
